I can't tell you how disappointed I am at Amazon. I ordered this product as christmas gift for a family member. It never arrived. I checked it several time and it never showed up. After christmas I called Amazon and your help desk was awful and antagonistic. But they asked me if I wanted to keep the order and they would send me another bag. I agreed. It never arrived again. So I cancelled. Then my credit card was credited for the purchase!!! I had to call again to get the refund and now I am hoping it was refunded.
awful awful service from amazon this christmas. It has never been this way before so I am very disappointed with Amazon.
